Taking the odd holiday snap is a great way to relive those treasured memories. The only thing is we’re not all Annie Leibovitz or David Bailey. LUX* as ever has the answer, and it’s called “Photo Safari”. This ingenious scene offers guests to take a trip out with one of the trained ‘performers’ with a keen eye, local knowledge and great technical camera skills. On my visit to LUX* LE MORNE we filmed the photo safari in action. It was great, our guide taking us to places off the beaten track, and offering helpful tips on getting the best shot with the equipment you have.Being able to see places and sights that you wouldn’t normally see is the very thing that makes Photo Safari so great. Even though LUX* resorts have beautiful views and stunning landscapes, sometimes the small things we might over look can be just as rewarding.We trundled and bounced or way through volcanic mountains, through never ending fields of pineapples and even climbed through a dense jungle and ended up at the mouth of an amazing water fall.
